International Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Once your order is picked and packed you will receive a text message / e-mail from Graham & Brown and then a text message / e-mail from our courier confirming collection and tracking number for your order.
Delivery charges are based upon country of delivery:
Shipments to the Rest of World will also be confirmed during the checkout process but start from as little as £20.

France, Germany & Holland 5 Working Days
Rest of Europe 8-10 Working Days
Rest of World (Excludes Russia) 8-10 Working Days
Russia 10-12 Working Days
We offer international delivery with DPD and DHL from the UK to over a 100 international destinations.
How much will my international delivery cost?
Cost of delivery is from £20, delivery charge is dependent on the destination.
How long will my delivery take?
We use DPD for our European deliveries and DPD and DHL for the Rest of World, once we have dispatched your item DPD/DHL will contact you via email and provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcels progress or organise re-delivery of your parcel.
Will I pay import fees, duties and taxes on my order?
All delivery destinations selected outside of the UK may be subject to he local import fees, duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives into your chosen country. All applicable charges for custom clearance will be payable by the parcel recipient.
Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country selected for delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for delivery in your selected country. Delays maybe caused if you do not accept this responsibility.
