You may cancel your order up to 14 working days, starting from the day after you receive the products, in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish to cancel prior to delivery please inform our customer service team as early as possible, however if the order has already been processed it may not be possible to cancel delivery.
You are liable for the returns of your order and should be returned to us in a saleable condition. All returns need to be done within 30 days of receipt of goods, unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Please Note: that we are unable to accept returns for any Paint (including Tester Pots), Wallpaper Samples and Bespoke Mural orders, as these items are made to order, please contact us and we can let you know the best way to dispose of these items.
Global e Returns
If you received your order via Global e, then you can request a return using the below link to the Returns Portal, to do this you'll need the Order ID and the email address used to place the original order, and then just follow the instructions from there.
I would like to return some paint that I ordered, unfortunately it's the wrong finish that I need. It has not been opened and is in it's original packaging.
