Ground orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and then shipped via FedEX international. Delivery will take approximately 5 - 7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada.
Samples are shipped free of charge via UPS Mail Innovations and can take 2-3 business days to process and 7-10 business days to be received. Shipping for tester pots is CA$ 9.99 however if you spend over CA$ 150 shipping is free.
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm Eastern Time so orders will only be processed during these times.
This charge covers all applicable duties, taxes and brokerage fees and NO FURTHER payment will be required at the time of delivery.
