Ground orders will be processed within 48 hours and then shipped via FedEX. Delivery will take approximately 5-7 business days.
Next Day and 2 Day Shipping orders processed BEFORE 12:00pm Eastern Time will be shipped that same day, orders accepted AFTER 12:00pm will be shipped the following business day.
Wallpaper samples are shipped free of charge via UPS Mail Innovations and can take 2-3 business days to process and 7-10 business days to be received. Please note that shipping for tester pots is $9.99 however if you spend over $50 shipping is free.
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm Eastern Time so orders will only be processed during these times.
