Cancelling Orders (UK & International)

Unfortunately we can't stop the delivery of goods once your payment has been confirmed, however all customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods, this does however EXCLUDE those items which are customised or made to order which currently covers ALL Paints (including tester pots), Wallpaper Samples and Customised Murals.

This can be done by either contacting us in writing and/or by sending us a message at Graham & Brown Support. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Graham & Brown, and we will refund the monies as soon as possible within 7 working days.

For bespoke items (Murals, Curtains & Blinds) you have 48 hours to cancel your order. Please do so by contacting us at  Graham & Brown Support and choosing the "Made to Order Cancellation" option.
